Wolf Pak Tabella is built to collect as little as possible. We sell nothing and show no ads.

What we cannot see

Message content, file attachments, your encrypted recovery backup, and social-recovery shares are end-to-end encrypted or client-encrypted. We do not hold the keys and cannot read them. This is a design constraint, not a policy choice.

What we necessarily process

To deliver messages we process limited metadata: account identifier, device identifiers, and the routing and timing information needed to deliver your messages. We minimize how long we retain this data. Read receipts and typing notifications are user-controlled and off by default. “Last seen” (when you were last online) is user-controlled too, and on by default for some accounts: only your saved contacts see it, only while they share theirs, never people you blocked, and you can turn it off in Settings > Privacy. For it our server keeps one “last active” time per signed-in device, only to the nearest 5 minutes, and deletes it after 2 days, when you turn it off, or with your account. The activity signals (typing, choosing a GIF or file, stepped away, be right back, on a call) are scrambled so only the people in that chat can read them; we never store them, and they disappear in seconds.

Law enforcement requests

Message content is end-to-end encrypted and is not available to us. Valid legal process can only reach the limited metadata we hold. Minimizing metadata is a core part of our design.
